Services

Justice of the Peace services

The volunteer Justice of the Peace and Commissioner for Declarations will be available in the Centre every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (excluding public holidays) in front of Woolworths.

Tuesday     1:00pm – 4:00pm
Thursday   9:30am – 12:30pm
Friday         9:30am – 12:30pm

In order to keep our volunteers safe we ask that you:

  • Bring your own BLACK pen
  • Abide by the 1.5m distance
  • Use the hand sanitiser provided
  • Check in on the QR code

Lost and found property

All lost property is delivered to Centre Management located behind Red Rooster.
Please contact us on 07 5440 7900 from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:30pm if you have misplaced an item or come across lost property while shopping.

Complimentary Mobility Services 

We have two manual wheelchairs for complimentary hire on weekdays from 9:00am to 5:30pm.  Bookings are essential and can be made up to two weeks in advance by calling 07 5440 7900.  Upon arrival at the Centre, visit Centre Management and provide proof of identity to collect your scooter or wheelchair.  Disabled toilets are located near the food court and between Big W and Woolworths.

 

Kids Play Area

The kids play space is located at the end of the food court.

This play space is intended for under 5 year olds and has been designed with easy cleaning kept in mind to ensure we can uphold the Covid guidelines. In line with this, the play space will close for 15 minutes every 2 hours for Covid Cleaning. These times are 11am, 1pm and 3pm.

Parents Rooms

Two parent rooms are available with microwave, change tables, electronic opening doors for easy access, private and comfortable feeding rooms, child size toilets and nappy dispensers.  Noosa Civic also offers convenient parent with pram car parking spaces and high chairs are available in the food court.

Quiet Hour at Woolworths

Every Tuesday from 10:30am to 11:30am is quiet hour at Woolworths to assist customers with sensory needs.  The program is designed to reduce anxiety and sensory stress by providing a quieter and less stimulating environment.  The store will lower lights, turn down music and radio, and turn off oven buzzers during quiet hour.

Community Library 

A place where you are welcome to take a book, leave a book and share a book. If you have any books at home you no longer want, give them a new lease of life in the Community Library, located near Woolworths.

Banks and ATMs

Banks currently located at Noosa Civic are ANZ, Bank of Queensland (BOQ), National Australia Bank (NAB), Heritage Bank and Suncorp.   ATMs located throughout the Centre include BCU and Rediteller plus ATMs at branches ANZ, BOQ, NAB, Heritage and Suncorp.

Optical services

Oscar Wylee is located next to Coffee Club, OPSM are located near Woolworths and Specsavers are located opposite Flight Centre.  

Pharmacy

Priceline Pharmacy is adjacent to the food court and LiveLife Pharmacy is next to Woolworths.

Public transport information

Bus
Noosa Civic is serviced by Translink.  For current timetables visit translink.com.au or 13 12 30. 

Taxi
Noosa Civic has a taxi rank located outside the Woolworths entrance of the Centre.  Taxi bookings can be made using the taxi phone in the hallway adjacent to W Lane or by phoning 131 008.
