6 Ways To Get Summer Ready

The sun is shining, the temperature is heating up and there’s nothing better than feeling energetic, fit and confident all summer long. Best of all? It’s never too late to get summer ready. Here’s what you can do to kick start your health and fitness:

 

1.  Get into an exercise routine. An exercise routine is a sure fire way to get summer ready fast. Plan your approach and every week map out which exercise you’ll be doing each day. Yup, that’s right. Every day! Stay motivated by getting a friend to join you throughout the week. They’ll not only keep it fun, but they’ll keep you motivated and accountable.

2.  Mix your workouts. We’re all about a variety of cardio and weight training over here – it’s what keeps things interesting and it means you’ll be more likely to stick with your exercise routine!
