Job brief
We are looking for a professional Security Guard to help protect Noosa Civic’s visitors, tenants and property. You will monitor the premises, respond to incidents, and provide assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
An excellent Security Guard is observant, calm under pressure and able to handle difficult situations with confidence. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.
The goal is to ensure the safety and security of everyone within the centre.
Requirements
- Valid security licence and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in a security or protective services role
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems and incident reporting
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable, trustworthy and professional at all times
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to emergencies
