Job brief
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Officer to assist shoppers and tenants at Noosa Civic. You will act as the first point of contact for enquiries, provide information about centre services, and ensure that every visitor has a positive experience.
An excellent Customer Service Officer must be approachable, patient and able to resolve issues calmly and efficiently. You will also support the centre team with administration tasks and retailer communications.
The goal is to deliver outstanding service that builds trust and enhances the reputation of Noosa Civic.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or front desk roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle enquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard office software
- Well-presented, punctual and reliable
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required
