WISE Employment is a not-for-profit employment services provider empowering jobseekers to find meaningful work, and employers to find the right staff.

Job Seekers – If you are looking for sustainable employment or are ready to return to work, we can help.  We get to know you and tailor our free employment services to your individual training, health and living needs.  We provide free interview coaching, resume help and job training so that you feel confident in securing and maintaining meaningful work.

Employers – Free, government-funded recruitment services mean we can help you find the right staff while you stay focused on your business goals.  We can pre-screen candidates, provide financial assistance, and ongoing support for you and your new employees.  Working with WISE may mean your company qualifies for wage subsidies to help provide ongoing employment for candidates.

Social Enterprises – We operate two not-for-profit social enterprises, commercial businesses that drive social change.  Our social enterprises deliver quality services to corporate and domestic markets, while providing sustainable jobs and training for people who have disabilities.  We invest in social enterprises because social and economic inclusion underpins business with purpose.
