Noosa Civic is open and trading, with COVID-Safe protocols in place.

Update Monday 2nd August 2021

Lockdown will be extended until 4pm Sunday 8th August 2021.  Noosa Civic will remain open for essential services.  Store openings will vary.  Please check with individual stores.

The JP Services will be suspended during the lockdown period.

29th July 2021

Restrictions will continue – effective from Friday 30th July, 2021 – face masks will be mandatory in all indoor venues, including Shopping Centre’s in the impacted areas of South East Queensland, including Noosa Shire Council until 6am Friday 6th August 2021,


In accordance with Queensland Government requirements, customers will need to check-in with the Check-in Qld app whenever they visit a Queensland Shopping Centre. QR codes are located at each entrance, the food court and each store.  You must scan in upon entry. Should you be unable to do this, please visit Centre Management Monday to Friday, or alternatively call Centre Security on 0402 655 240 during weekends.

Keeping you safe at Noosa Civic

Our community’s health and wellbeing is our priority and we continue to maintain a range of measures to help keep you safe when you visit Noosa Civic. These include:

  • Strengthening our already stringent cleaning processes, including a heightened focus on sanitising high-touch points with high-grade disinfectant, as well as increasing the number of cleaning rotations each day.
  • Placement of hand sanitiser stations at key locations throughout the centre.
  • Installation of signage across the Centre, reminding our community to keep 1.5 metres between themselves and others at all times.

We hope these new health and safety measures provide our customers with confidence and eagerness to visit us. We remain open for business and sincerely look forward to seeing you at Noosa Civic.
