5 things you can do right now to stop you from losing it in lockdown
We understand times are tough, and everyone can do with a bit of positivity in their lives at the moment! So we thought we’d share this list put together by our friends over at SF8.
- Work on your mindset. Write down 3-5 things you are grateful for each morning/night this week to remind yourself that life ain’t so bad.
- Fuel your body with nourishing goodness. Each meal is a choice, choose wisely.
- Practise self-care – what can you do each day to bring balance to your world?
- Create a workout area where you can set up your mat, fan, some weights, music/speaker and anything else that’ll keep you energised to move. Convenience is key.
- Get on the phone and check-in with a loved one or friend. Send your tribe a message and let them know you are thinking of them. Plan a post-lockdown get together – something you can all look forward to.
